Team and organization
Invite teammates and manage who can do what.
Everyone in Codm belongs to one organization. Everything in it is shared by its members: Instagram accounts, automations, workflows, the agent, plans and payments.
When you sign up, Codm creates an organization for you and makes you its owner.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Users and choose Add user.
- Enter their email address.
If they already use Codm, they join straight away. If not, they're invited and join the first time they sign in with that email, with Google or by creating an account.
Note
An email that already belongs to another organization can't be added. Ask them to leave that organization first.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the organization. There is exactly one. |
| Admin | Manage members, rename the organization, edit billing details. |
| Member | Work on every account, automation and workflow. |
An organization always keeps at least one admin.
Rename the organization
Settings → Organization. Admins can change the name and the billing details shown on receipts.
Leave or delete
- A member can leave from Settings → Profile → Danger zone. Nothing of the organization's is deleted.
- The owner can delete the organization there. This permanently removes every connected account and all data, and can't be undone.
