Sign-in and security

You can sign in to Codm with Google or with your email and a password. Both open the same account if they use the same email address.

#Sign in with email

1. Choose Create an account on the sign-in page and enter your name, email and a password.
2. Open the confirmation email and click the link. The link works for 24 hours.
3. Sign in.

Didn't get the email? On the sign-in page, try to sign in and choose Send the link again. Check your spam folder too.

#Forgot your password

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link that works for one hour. Setting a new password signs out your other devices.

#Manage it all in Settings

Open Settings → Sign-in & security to:

• add or change your password (Google-only accounts can add one),
• change your email address (we confirm the new one first),
• see whether Google sign-in is linked,
• sign out other devices, for example after using a shared computer.

#Keeping your account safe

• Codm never asks for your Instagram password, by email or anywhere else.
• Links in our emails are single-use and expire.
• If you see activity you don't recognise, change your password and sign out other devices, then contact support.
