Data Deletion

Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram (instant)

Log in at codm.crawlink.com → Dashboard → your Instagram account → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops all automation for that account.

You can also revoke Codm's access from Instagram itself: Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Co-DM.

Option 2 — Full account & data deletion

Email support@crawlink.com with the subject "Codm data deletion request" from the Google email address you sign in with, and mention your Instagram username if you connected one.

We will delete your account and all associated data — profile, connected Instagram data, access tokens, sections, rules, DM funnels and activity logs — within 30 days, and confirm by reply once done.

What is not deleted

Replies and DMs already posted to Instagram live on Instagram and are governed by Instagram's own tools — deleting your Codm data does not remove content from Instagram. Payment records held by Razorpay are retained as required by Indian financial regulations.
