Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Codm, an Instagram comment-automation service operated as a crawlink.com product. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Codm automatically replies to comments on the Instagram posts and reels you choose, using keyword rules you configure, optional AI-generated replies, and optional DM funnels. The service depends on Meta's Instagram API; features may change if Meta's platform changes.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and may connect an Instagram professional account you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for everything your automations post — replies sent by Codm are sent on your behalf, from your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Follow Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms.
• No spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful content in rules, replies, prompts or funnels.
• No attempts to circumvent plan quotas, probe or disrupt the service, or use it on accounts you don't control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans & billing

• Free — ₹0, with a monthly automatic-reply quota shown on the pricing page. No card required.
• Pro — the rate shown on the pricing page + 18% GST, prepaid for 30 days of unlimited automatic replies, paid one-time via Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking). No auto-renewal and no auto-debit.

Pro never renews automatically: it ends when the prepaid days run out unless you recharge, and recharging before expiry adds the new days on top of the remaining ones. Payments are non-refundable once the prepaid period starts. Prices may change with notice and apply from your next recharge.

5. Availability & liability

Codm is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by Instagram against your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

6. Data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy; deletion is covered by the data deletion instructions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
