Plans and limits
Free and Pro, what each includes, and how quotas reset.
Codm has a generous free plan and one paid plan, Pro. Every plan is priced per Instagram account, so each account you connect has its own plan and its own quota.

What counts as a reply
Only messages Codm actually sends count: public comment replies and DMs. A comment that matched a silent rule, or that nothing matched, costs nothing.
When the free replies run out
Automatic replies pause for that account until the 1st of next month, when the count resets. Nothing is ever charged automatically. To keep answering you can:
- upgrade that account to Pro (Settings → Plan), or
- spend reward points for extra replies this month.
The dashboard shows a banner when an account's quota is used up.
Posts answering at once
This is how many posts can be switched on at the same time per Instagram account: 20 on Free, 100 on Pro. Switching a post off frees a slot straight away. Codm never switches your posts off for you, even when a plan ends.
Tip
Agencies: connect every client on Free first, then upgrade only the accounts that need it. Each account is billed separately.
