#Does Codm work with a personal Instagram account?

No, it needs a professional account (Business or Creator). Switching is free in the Instagram app and takes under a minute; your followers and posts stay as they are.

#Will Instagram treat the replies as spam?

Codm uses the official Instagram API, the one Meta approves for business tools. The first DM is a reply to the person's own comment, which is exactly the case Instagram allows.

#Do I need to give Codm my Instagram password?

No. You connect through Instagram's own sign-in screen and can disconnect at any time.

#How fast are the replies?

Usually within a few seconds of the comment appearing.

#Does it reply to old comments?

No. Codm answers comments that arrive after the post is switched on.

#Can I use Codm on several Instagram accounts?

Yes, as many as you like, on every plan. Each account has its own plan and quota. See Several Instagram accounts.

#Is the free plan really free?

Yes: 1,500 automatic replies a month per account, with no card. The count resets on the 1st of each month.

#Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Pro is prepaid for 30 days and never auto-debits. See Billing and receipts.

#Can my team use the same Codm?

Yes. Invite them from Settings → Users; everyone works on the same accounts. See Team and organization.

#Is there a mobile app?

Yes, on Android. It's the same Codm, plus reward points.
