Billing and receipts
Prepaid Pro, GST, receipts and extending a plan.
Pro is prepaid. You pay once for 30 days, and Codm never takes money without you pressing Pay. There is no mandate, no auto-debit, and nothing to cancel.
Upgrade an account
- Open Settings → Plan.
- Under Account subscriptions, find the Instagram account and choose Upgrade.
- Pay with UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay.
Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through. The price is the Pro rate plus 18% GST.
Extend before it ends
Choose Extend on an account that's already on Pro. The new 30 days are added to the end of the current period, so you never lose days by paying early.
Codm shows a reminder in the app when an account has 5 days or fewer left.
When Pro ends
The account moves back to the Free plan and its free monthly quota. Your automations, workflows and history stay exactly as they were.
Receipts
Open Settings → Payments. Every payment your organization made is listed with a tax receipt you can download.
Your billing name, address and GSTIN (optional) are set under Settings → Organization and appear on new receipts.
Who can pay?
Anyone in your organization can pay for any of its Instagram accounts.
