Privacy and your data
What Codm stores, and how to delete it.
Codm only stores what it needs to answer your comments and run your account.
What Codm stores
- Your Codm account: name, email, and how you sign in.
- Your connected Instagram accounts and the access Instagram grants, which Codm renews automatically.
- Your automations, workflows, agent settings and catalogue.
- A log of the comments Codm handled and what it replied, so you can see its activity.
- Payment records and receipts.
Codm never stores your Instagram password; it never sees it.
Delete your data
- Disconnect an Instagram account to stop all replies and remove its access. See Connect Instagram.
- Delete everything: the organization's owner can delete the organization from Settings → Profile → Danger zone. This permanently removes every account and all data.
- You can also request deletion by email. The full steps are on the Data deletion page.
