From sign-up to your first automatic reply in about five minutes.
Four steps from a new account to your first automatic reply.
1. Create your account
Go to codm.crawlink.com and choose Start free. Sign in with Google, or create an account with your email and a password. Email accounts need one click on the confirmation link we send before you can sign in.
The Free plan needs no card.
2. Connect your Instagram account
After signing in you land on the welcome screen. Choose Connect Instagram and approve every permission Instagram asks for.
Your account must be a professional account (Business or Creator). Switching is free inside the Instagram app: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.

If connecting fails, Codm shows the reason and the fix. The most common causes are covered in Connect Instagram.
3. Pick a reel or post
Open Content from the menu. Every reel and post on the account is listed. Find the one you are promoting and press Automate.
4. Choose how it answers, then save
The post's page opens with three choices:
- Send public reply only: write the answer.
- Send content in DM (recommended): the funnel is already filled in. Usually the only thing you add is your link.
- Handle by workflow: pick a workflow you built.
Press Save. The post shows Answering now, and the next comment gets a reply.
Test it
Comment on the post from another Instagram account (a friend's, or a second account of yours). Within a few seconds you should see the public reply, and, in DM mode, a message in that account's inbox.
Tip
DM buttons only appear in the Instagram mobile app, not on instagram.com. Test DMs on a phone.
